so ive got a manual swap in my car but my reverse lights dont work can anybody help me with this

there are 3 plugs near the starter 1 is neutral start, 1 is for reverse and the other is for abs. the 3 wire round plug is the neutral start, splice the black and white together to bypass the neutral start switch and/or clutch start switch, the blue one is needed for the reverse light. the 6 wire round plug is for the ecu to determine what gear youre on you only need the black one, then just splice the black and blue wire to the reverse sensor on your tranny to have working reverse lights, if you have abs the square plug needs no mods. and that should be it

The blu & blk wire leads to the transmission.
This harness runs from under the intake manifold side.

Is there a big Grey harness that's not plugged under your intake?
Should be about 9 wires into a Grey harness plug.

errr the person doing the V161 swap should have already set up your reverse lights..

But ya, the auto, just a little bit of wiring, no big deal, as mentioned above..
